5 Tips To Combat Oxidative Stress

Eat Antioxidants
Consume low fat diet with plenty of antioxidant rich fruits and vegetables, whole grains, Omega-3 fatty acids can help boost brain’s resistance to damage caused by free radicals. Drink lots of green and avoid milk and milk products. Avoid alcohol and cigarettes.

Nadi Shodhana Pranayam
Sit in a comfortable cross-legged position . Close the right nostril with your right thumb.

Inhale deeply through the left nostril. Then Close the left nostril with the ring finger of your right hand as you release the right nostril. Exhale slowly through your right nostril. Repeat the technique with your left nostril now. This way the oxygen travels into your body and cleanses the free radicals

Think Positive
It’s all in mind as said. Think positive…Your anxiety and depression are transmitted to cellular levels. You need to start thinking it will happen and send positive signals to deep down in your cells. You have to be mentally strong and cure your own body, with your own positive energy. Shirodhara
