Such a commission could help expose what really drives vaccination policy and, in turn, reveal the integrity of the health care system, or lack thereof.

As for Trump’s stance on autism, he believes it may be related to current immunization practices. Though not against immunization, he does acknowledge that there may be a link between vaccines and autism, calling the epidemic a “doctor-inflicted autism.”
There has been an apparent spike of vaccinations and autism cases over the past three decades that cannot be ignored. In 1983, there were 23 doses of 7 vaccines, but the recommended immunization schedule has since tripled to 69 doses of 16 vaccines.

With Americans now being “required by law to use more vaccines than any other nation in the world,” it is questionable and concerning that, before the 1970s, childhood autism rates remained steady at a rate of about four in ten thousand children. But despite three decades of steady increases since the 1980s, childhood autism, according to the CDC, has climbed to 1 in 68 or 1.5%.
Furthermore, the activists that Trump has associated himself with are being unfairly stigmatized, and being referred to as “anti-vaxxers,” with all the negative connotations the term holds. Yet, investigations have shown that such people, who question and present evidence that there is a link between autism and vaccines, are typically highly educated and wealthy, and don’t reject modern medicine at all. The judgements are only hurting the health of humanity.

Perhaps it is easy to hone in on Trump’s ego-driven and simple viewpoint on many topics, including this issue, but his concerns seem to come from reasonable questions. People all over the world are beginning to wake up in a way like never before, that is needed more than ever. And all the questions they are asking have led to valuable research exposing the apparent links between health care and health issues.

Immunology published a study which showed that stearic acid could suppress the activity of our natural killer cells, T cells, and thus cause “ a loss of membrane potential and ultimately cell function and viability.” It is in fact sourced from hydrogenated oils like cottonseed oil, and it is often rich in pesticide residue, as it is genetically engineered.
Titanium dioxide
This is a common pigment in vitamins and supplements, and the exposure to it can weaken the immune system.
“Titanium dioxide has recently been classified by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) as an IARC Group 2B carcinogen ‘possibly carcinogen[ic] to humans,’” explains the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health & Safety on its website.
 “This evidence showed that high concentrations of pigment-grade (powdered) and ultrafine titanium dioxide dust caused respiratory tract cancer in rats exposed by inhalation and intratracheal instillation.”

Carrageenan
A warning issued by the Cornucopia Institute, a highly-effective food activism group, warns that it causes  “gastrointestinal inflammation, including higher rates of colon cancer, in laboratory animals.”
It also leads to gastrointestinal symptoms (spastic colon, irritable bowel syndrome/IBS, chronic diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.), so you must avoid it in order to stay safe.

Silicon dioxide
It is in fact just common sand, but it is used as an expensive filler, with the aim to make the bottle weigh more, and thus give the impression that it is of higher quality.

Artificial colors
Artificial colors are related to various issues,  from cancer to hyperactivity in children.
Numerous extremely popular supplements like Centrum, are high in toxic coloring agents such as FD&C Blue No. 2 Aluminum Lake and FD&C Red No. 40 Aluminum Lake, which are potential neurotoxins.

A Western diet of sweet and fatty junk food increases your risk of Alzheimer's disease, a new study warns.
Americans have a higher average risk than most other nationalities of developing the degenerative brain disorder, and have done for years.
That is likely due to their dietary pattern, which drives up cholesterol and Alzheimer's-influencing proteins that create blockages in the brain.
This is according to Dr William Grant, the lead author of a landmark review of international data tracking Alzheimer's disease and its causes.

He said: 'Mounting evidence from ecological and observational studies indicates that the Western dietary pattern—especially the large amount of meat in that diet—is strongly associated with risk of developing Alzheimer's disease.
'Although the traditional Mediterranean diet is associated with about half the risk for Alzheimer's disease of the Western diet, the traditional diets of countries such as India, Japan, and Nigeria, with very low meat consumption, are associated with an additional 50 per cent reduction in risk of Alzheimer's disease.'
Dr Grant, of San Francisco's Sunlight, Nutrition, and Health Research Center, looked at a host of peer-reviewed studies to draw his conclusion, which is published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition.

He also conducted an investigation into how changing global diets affected rates of Alzheimer's disease.
First, he looked at Alzheimer's disease prevalence from 10 countries (Brazil, Chile, Cuba, Egypt, India, Mongolia, Nigeria, Republic of Korea, Sri Lanka, and the United States).

Then he cross-referenced those findings with official dietary guidelines.
For example, he would see that Japan's Alzheimer's rate in 1985 was 1 per cent, then he would look at dietary guidelines five, 10, and 15 years before 1985 to track the influence.
Then he would see that Japan's Alzheimer's rate in 2008 was 7 per cent, so he would look at dietary guidelines five, 10 and 15 years before that date.
In every country, a swing towards Western dietary lifestyles coincided with an increased rate in Alzheimer's disease.

Dr Grant warns that the most important dietary link to Alzheimer's appears to be meat consumption, with eggs and high-fat dairy also contributing.
Diets high in grains, fruits, vegetables, and fish are associated with reduced risk of the disease.

Higher amounts of vitamin D is also associated with reduced risk of the disease.
But these factors cannot counter the effects of meat, eggs, and high-fat dairy, he warns.

Despite 'Mind-Controlling' Parasite, Cat Owners Not at Risk for Psychosis

Cats are known to carry a parasite linked to symptoms of psychosis in humans, and past studies have suggested that kids who grow up with a feline pet are more likely to have mental health issues. But now a new study casts doubt on that link, finding no such connection between cat ownership and an increased risk of psychosis.
"The message for cat owners is clear: There is no evidence that cats pose a risk to children's mental health," study lead author Francesca Solmi, a researcher in the Division of Psychiatry at University College London (UCL), said in a statement.
Some researchers have hypothesized that owning a cat could increase a person's risk of psychosis, because cats can carry a parasite called Toxoplasma gondii. Infection with this parasite has been linked with the development of schizophrenia and symptoms of psychosis, such as hallucinations. Several earlier studies, including research published in June 2015 in the journal Schizophrenia Research, have also found a link between owning a cat in childhood and developing schizophrenia or other serious mental illnesses.

However, these cat studies were limited because they were small, were not rigorously designed and did not properly account for factors that could affect the link, the UCL researchers said. [7 Strange Facts about the 'Mind-Control' Parasite Toxoplasma Gondii]
In the new study, the researchers analyzed information from nearly 5,000 children who were born in England in 1991 and 1992, and followed them until they were 18 years old. The researchers looked at whether the kids' mothers owned a cat while pregnant, and whether the family owned a cat when the children were 4 and 10 years old.
The researchers also interviewed the children at ages 13 and 18, to assess whether they had experienced psychosis symptoms, including delusions, hallucinations and intrusive thoughts.
Overall, there was no link between cat ownership and symptoms of psychosis at ages 13 and 18.
Initially, the researchers did find a link between cat ownership at ages 4 and 10 and symptoms of psychosis at age 13, but this link went away once the researchers took into account other factors that could influence the results, such as the family's social class, the number of times the family moved before the child was 4 years old and the age of the child's parents.
"Previous studies reporting links between cat ownership and psychosis simply failed to adequately control for other possible explanations" for the link, Solmi said.
Another strength of the new study is that it followed participants forward in time, whereas some previous studies have asked adults to think back to details about their childhood. The latter method is a less reliable way of collecting data, because people may not accurately remember such details, the researchers said.
The new study did not directly measure T. gondii exposure, but the researchers say their results suggest that if the parasite does cause psychiatric problems, their study suggests that cat ownership doesn't significantly increase the risk of exposure to the parasite.
Still, the researchers say that there is good evidence that exposure to this parasite during pregnancy can cause serious birth defects or other health problems. For this reason, pregnant women should follow the public health recommendation to avoid changing cat litter (because the parasite can be present in cat feces), the researchers said.

Brazil About to Refuse ALL Imports of U.S.- Grown Genetically-Modified Crops!

As we see more and more nations waking up to the hazards of genetically modified food, Brazil are the latest country to impose a ban on importing Monsanto's GM grown crops. 


Brazil are the latest country in a long line that are refusing GM crops to be imported into the country, highlighting the awakening that is occurring around GM crops. In the U.S. is it hard to buy almost anything in a package from a supermarket, as around 80% of all the products on the shelves contain GM ingredients.


This move will no doubt come as a blow to Monsanto, who are increasingly being shut out of country's food programs. As they face increased opposition they are being forced to resort to underhand deeds to continue their previous success.

The Bloomberg article points out, “In recent years, some of the largest commodity trading companies have refused to take certain GMO crops from farmers because the seeds used hadn’t received a full array of global approvals, something that can lead to holdups at ports or even the rejection of entire cargoes.”

Brazil's farmers have chosen to opt out of feeding their chickens GM corn, and other countries have followed suit.

Brazil is actually the second largest grower of GM corn, but the fact that their farmers are refusing to use it shows they care more about the health of their chickens, and subsequent people down the line than they do about profits.

In a similar anti-GM protest, Female Members of the Landless Worker’s Movement (MST) recently broke into a São Paulo State lab and destroyed millions of samples of GM prototypes that contained a carcinogenic pesticide.

The reasons for banning GM crops are transparent, a Seralini study says that the very first GM crop, introduced in 1996, was highly toxic to farm animals over the long-term.
Seralini notes problems such as “partial paralysis (paresis) accompanied by great fatigue, and problems in the kidneys and mucosal membranes in the animals, followed by death in 10% of cases,” all from feeding the animals GM crops like corn, soy, and alfalfa. GM maize such as Monsanto’s Bt variety were found to be the most toxic of all.

Brazil’s farmers are even joining a growing, international resistance against cultivating GM seed. Russia have also recently banned all U.S. corn and soy imports due to possible GM contamination. There are nineteen countries in the EU that have also banned GM crops.

What These Food Cravings Really Mean!

Chocolate: magnesium

Chocolate is the most commonly-reported craving in the Western world, so it shouldn’t surprise us that it is linked to a nutrient in which a huge number of us are unknowingly deficient: magnesium.
According to recent statistics, up to 80 percent of Americans are lacking in this essential macromineral, which is needed for over 300 biochemical reactions in the body, including reactions that relate to relaxation.
In fact, magnesium is nicknamed the “relaxation mineral,” since anxiety, irritability, insomnia and high blood pressure are its main deficiency symptoms. This is the reason why magnesium-deficient people temporarily feel better after eating a chocolate bar: the small amounts of magnesium in it (derived from its cacao content) relaxes them.
But, of course, there are far healthier sources of magnesium than processed chocolate. Dark leafy greens, seeds and nuts, fish, beans and blackstrap molasses are all excellent sources of magnesium and will help end chocolate cravings.

Sugary foods: chromium, carbon, phosphorus, sulfur and/or tryptophan

The second most commonly reported craving in the West is high-sugar foods.
This is the most complex craving to pin down, since deficiencies in no less than five nutrients could be causing it:
  • chromium (helps to regulate blood sugar levels)
  • carbon (one of the elements from which sugar is made)
  • phosphorus (helps the body produce energy)
  • sulfur (helps remove toxins)
  • tryptophan (a serotonin regulator)
Therefore, the best way to end incessant sugar cravings is to simply improve your diet, which will help remineralize your body in all areas.

Refined carbohydrates: nitrogen

A craving for refined carbs like pasta and bread signals a deficiency in nitrogen.
Nitrogen compounds are an essential component of nucleic acids and protein, and deficiencies in them can result in malnutrition due to a related protein deficiency. Therefore, if you find that you’re craving a lot of refined carbohydrates, add more nitrogen-rich foods to your diet.

Most foods contain nitrogen in organic or non-organic form, but fruits and vegetables are especially rich in it.

Oily and fatty foods: You are deficient in calcium. Good sources of calcium include raw milk, cheese, turnip greens and broccoli.
Ice: You are deficient in iron. Eat more iron-rich foods like leafy greens, meat, blackstrap molasses and sea vegetables.
Salty foods: You are deficient in chloride and/or silicon. Try adding more fish, nuts and seeds to your diet.
